Ethanol Recovery Plant

Ethanol Recovery Plant

The modern ethanol technologies used by the Ethanol Recovery Plant ensure exceptional performance in terms of productivity, product quality, and environmental sustainability. We pay close attention to waste reduction, energy efficiency, and safety regulations. The high-quality Ethanol Recovery Plant that we provide to the same clientele is evidence of our dedicated professionals' extensive experience.

The KERONE Ethanol Recovery Plant System is an economical and tested technology that extracts ethanol from vented gas using a counter flow water wash system. A small pressure drop and an effective gas-water contact period are guaranteed by the use of structured stainless steel packing. Ethanol can be concentrated up to 15 v/v while using less water by recirculating cold scrub water over the packing. Breaking the ethanol loop, scrubber bottoms are piped directly to the beer well feeding the distillation columns (rather than being utilized again in upstream processes) because the recovered ethanol is focused up to 15 v/v.

KERONE Ethanol Recovery Systems operate successfully in many parts of the world in industries such as:

  • Bioethanol
  • Distilling
  • Brewing
